Acquisitions Specialist Position Summary
Gabriel Investments LLC is looking for a part-time commission-based (plus incentives) acquisition specialist that could evolve into a full-time base salary + commission + bonuses position for the right fit with our team. This position has EXCELLENT growth potential for a tenacious go-getter. This is a paid-for-performance independent contractor position.
There is one rule above all else…The numbers don’t matter, the seller’s needs do.
Our business is 100% focused on finding and presenting the solutions to a client’s real estate problems. Our “service over self” mantra means that there will be property owners who will benefit more from our consultation and guidance than they will from us providing a purchase offer. For a commission-based position this may seem counterintuitive, but the folks that put the needs of property owners first above their own profits…are exactly the team members that will earn their spot in a financially rewarding full-time position.
If you can think on your feet and are an assertive, self-directed, and goal-oriented person with the ability to build rapport quickly, you may be a good fit for our company. We are seeking to fill the position with someone who does not get intimidated, offended, or depressed when facing rejection...someone who understands that the "fortune is in the follow-up" and is relentless with following up on leads...as well as someone who is very skilled at handling objections, managing time, and prioritizing work.
Ideally, we would like someone with proven success as a wholesaling acquisitions closer or manager, but will consider others that possess the character traits we’ve outlined and a desire to learn, and the ambition to succeed.
Our Team Approach
Before a lead makes it to you, we have an entire system and team that identifies specific properties and owners meeting our criteria, locates the contact information for the owners, develops a rough idea on market value, makes contact with the owner, pre-qualifies the owner and whether they are open to the idea of selling their property, identifies their motivations… THEN… turns it over to you to negotiate the sale.
Once you’ve gotten the property under contract, you’ll hand it off to our Disposition team to get the deal to the closing table.

We offer a highly competitive commission structure that ranges between 30-50% based on experience and volume. Acquisition Specialists also have the opportunity to purchase properties they (or others) acquire through and behalf of our system, for their own personal investment.
Manage leads and follow-up through daily CRM use to update/document progress
For new team members we do require a lead cost share. We’ve found that those with a little skin in the game will work the hardest to find a solution to any situation. Initial cost share is 50/50, or roughly $75-85/week processing roughly 1,000 leads per week. This cost share is adjusted based on performance and intensity of marketing efforts by mutual agreement. Consistent performers will not be subject to cost share.
