• Lead Qualification Specialist.  Processing and qualifying inbound leads through cold calling, text, and social media channels.
• Acquisition Specialist.  Meeting with home owners to discuss solutions and negotiate contract.
• Transaction & Closing Specialist.  Prepares and monitors all transactions from signed contract through purchase or assignment.  Coordinates with sellers, title company, banks, and/or end buyers.
• Disposition Specialist.  Coordinates marketing activities for wholesale assignments.  Coordinates with contractors for flip and buy/hold properties.
• Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist.  Handles payments to and from all parties, vendors, and contractors
• Administrative Specialist.  Assists with various day-to-day operations and provides administrative support as needed to all other positions.
